1. Consulting Services
All technology consulting services (Web Dev, App Dev, Training) are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW). Bitsflippin provides services on a best-effort professional basis.
2. Hardware Sales
- Warranty: Hardware components (SBCs, Robotics, Cases) are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
- Returns: Unopened hardware may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
3. Liability
Bitsflippin is not liable for data loss on client-managed infrastructure. We strongly recommend regular backups and security audits.
